Is it a good decision to shift an Andhra Pradesh Board student to an ICSE for 6th standard?

Hello friends, my son is in 5th standard right now and he is studying with Andhra Pradesh Board. He will be in 6th standard in an upcoming session. So, I am thinking to shift him to an ICSE Board. Is it good for him?

If the child is good to catch and memorise english then you can shift him/her. But if English reading and understanding is somehow miserable to the child then it can be a tragic. Think twice before taking the decision. As your child is now in 5th std, it will be easier for him /her to accustomed with the English or icse environment but it all depends on the child and his/her ability to welcome english.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
