DPS stands for Delhi Public School.
To get admission in DPS, students need to qualify the entrance examination and interview.
Also, to get admission in 9th standard, the following documents are required
-Marks sheet of 8th standard
-Transfer Certificate
-Character certificate
All the documents must be of the school from which the student has completed 8th standard.

Registration form for entrance examination for admission in 1 to 9 standard is available in month of Feb-March and the students who want to take admission must fill the form within dates provided by school.
Entrance examination will be conducted in either last week of March or first week of April.
The after 6-10 days list of names of qualified candidates is published and on the given date of interview, qualified students need to appear with all the required documents and then the candidates can take admission who are qualified.

For admission in DPS Risali Bhilai for 9th standard, you will have to appear and clear the examination conducted by the respective school itself.
