Re: Admission in UKG or 1st standard, which is better for 5 years old candidate?
The age criteria for admission to first standard is minimum of 5.5 years. Hence, I would like to suggest to take admission in UKG if the minimum age has not been crossed.

Re: Admission in UKG or 1st standard, which is better for 5 years old candidate?
Minimum age required to seek admission in 1st standard is 5.5 years as on on 1st July of the year of admission.
If your child has crossed the minimum age then Admission should be taken in Ist standard otherwise UKG is better. |

Re: Admission in UKG or 1st standard, which is better for 5 years old candidate?
If your child is 5 year old by the time of admission (march ) , then your child is eligible to take admission in 1st class.
But you should see first how much does you kid know , if he/she is eligible to solve UKG class problems, then it would be fine to admit him in 1st standard. .but it's always your decision and your support that could help your child. |
