I want to do a course and confused that After Matriculation courses Can i Do Safety management course after Matriculation

There are many safety management courses and each course has its own eligibility criteria.

Courses and their Eligibility:-
1)Diploma in Fire & Safety (DFS) - 10th Class or Above
2)Diploma in Health & Safety Environment - 10th + ITI (or) 10th + 2 Science
3)P.G. Diploma In Health, Safety & Environment - B.Sc. / Diploma (3 Yrs) / B.E. / B.Tech
4)P.G. Diploma In Fire & Safety - Any Degree
5)B.Sc. Fire & Industrial Safety - 12th class (or) I.T.I (or) any equivalent education.

What should I do for safty diploma ?

Can we do the course of safety engineer after Matric level
