How to calculate cgpa from marks as well as percentage for 10 and 12th WBBSE &WBCHSE board?

To convert your overall CGPA, multiply it by 9.5.

i.e. 8.5 x 9.5 = 80.75 per cenr

You can also calculate CGPA subject wise by multiplying grade points received in each subject with 9.5.

CGPA is mentioned on your report card. You calculate it on your own if you want to.
