I have failed in my 12th ISC in Chemistry. But I want to give my Board exam of all subjects. Can you please tell me I am eligible to apply for all subjects? Please tell me immediately.

Yes Dear, you can reappear for all the subjects. For this you have to fill registration form for reappearing in the examination.
If you want reappear for all the subjects then , you may be reappear as a regular student if school will allowed you to appear.

Work hard for the next. To reappear in the 12th ISC exams firstly, you have to visit to the school from where you want to give the exam. Pay the fee after that you will be eligible to give exam. You need to fill registration fee and registration form also.

* In whatever you have been failed , you have to apply for that subjects only .
* So there is no chance .
** But in 11th class you can appear in all subjects . This process is called improvement examinations ....

You can only reappear for the subject in which you have failed, not for all the subjects. If you want to reappear for all the subject then, you have to again take the admission and have to repeat one year.

I suggest you to reappear only for Chemistry. For this you need to fill registration form.
