I have recently passed my 12th jkbose exam in science stream now I want to change my stream I want to take Arts , because I can't effort science is tooo much expensive and I want to do IGNOU addmission

NO . It is not possible to pursue two different streams in XI & XII. CBSE rules don't permit it. But u can start again by joining XI Humanities .

Yes, you can change your stream of Class 12th studies from the Science stream to the Arts stream but you will have to take fresh admission in Class 11th with the Arts stream as the change of stream is not allowed during the Class 12th.
