Can I study BCom(Accountancy) Honours with 59 marks in Accountancy and 51% in 12th Kerala Board?

Hello, I have completed my 12th from Kerala Board with Commerce stream. I have scored 59 marks in Accountancy and secured 51% in 12th Board exam. I want to study BCom Accountancy Honours. So, can I study or not?
