I have firstly appeared in JEE Main last year. Then i got 80% in my board exam. But I have opted for improvement exams in all subjects. I would get new marksheet. Can i use this marksheet for appearing in JEE Advance entrance examination?

JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination. It is conducted every year by Central Board of Secondary Education for bachelor's degree in engineering from engineering colleges like IIT, NIT etc. JEE has two stages, first stage is called JEE Main and second stage is called JEE Advanced.

The scorecard of JEE Main is used for admission in NIT, IIIT and other government colleges. Candidates who clear JEE Main become eligible for JEE advanced whose scorecard is accounted for admission in IIT. Your marks in 10+2 is also taken into account for calculating overall rank.

Candidates can use Improvement marksheet for JEE Main exam. There are two consecutive attempts for JEE Advanced exam, one in year in which you appear for board exams and other in next year of it.

The full form of JEE is Joint Entrance Examination.

Eligibility criteria:

1. 10+2 passed with PCM subjects from a recognized board.

2. Minimum of 50% marks in 10+2.

Candidates with improvement marksheets can appear for JEE Main and Advanced exam.

Yes, you can use improvement marksheet to appear in JEE Advanced exam.

Those candidates who have secured top 1,50,000 rank (including all categories) in JEE Main examination are eligible for JEE Advanced exam 2016.

Yes sir, you can use your improvement marksheet to appear in the JEE advanced entrance . JEE stands for Joint Entrance Exam. This exam conducted in two phases first JEE mains which previously known as AIEEE exam. The next examination is JEE advanced.
The applicants who did there 12th in PCM are eligible for this entrance. The syllabus for this exam is based on 11th and 12th standard . You can apply 3 times for JEE mains exam and 2 times for JEE advaced exam. There is reservation also for the schdule castes (OBC/SC/ST).
So you can submit your 12th improvement marksheet for this entrance.

Eligibility criteria for JEE Main-
Date if birth-
A candidate whose date of birth is fall on or after October q, 1991. For SC/ST and PWD candidates upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.

A candidate must have 12th passed it any other equivalent course from a recognized university or board.

The students with improvement mark sheet are also available.
A candidate must have physics , chemistry and maths in class 12th along with minimum 50% of aggregate.

Will appearing in class 12 improvement in any subject hinder in any way hinder my eligibility/score in jee mains or advanced?
