My son didn't get the obc certificate in xth std. But the school has specified the caste on his leaving certificate. So i want to know if i can use that crtificate as caste certificate?

No, one cannot use the transfer certificate as caste certificate.

Even though the caste has mentioned in the leaving certificate we cannot use it as caste certificate. As caste certificate is a separate certificate which is issued by the repetitive mandal office. It's no more late apply for the caste certificate in the mandal office and you can get it with in 2 months.

We cannot use school leaving certificate as caste mentioning certificate.
Even in the school leaving certificate, student's caste is mentioned but both the certificate are different and use for different works.
You can apply for the caste certificate when you want.
