Computer Science or Computer Applications, which is better to study for the 9th ICSE student?
Hi, my daughter is a bright student and scored 90% marks in Maths and Science. Also she is considering Medical career for further studies. What is better between Computer Science and Computer Applications, she should choose in 9th standard of ICSE?

••• Personally I would like to suggest you that, she should choose Computer Science as a subject rather than choosing computer application.
Superficially these two are similar but if we go in deep then there is a slight difference. Computer science has more demand as a subject. |

°°° The basic difference between Computer science and Computer application is that, the syllabus of computer science covers whole of the computer related subjects which includes both Software and Hardware.
°°° But in case of Computer Application, only application of computers are there. Syllabus basically includes only software part. °°°Obviously, Computer science should be chosen. |
