No, you can;t get admission in CBIT or Vasavi Engineering college through JEE Main examination marks basis. Admissions to Engineering course in CBIT and Vasavi Engineering colleges are done through Telangana State level EAMCET examination. 70% of the seats are filled through convenor quota and remaining 30% seats are filled through Management quota. Since, you have not appeared in EAMCET examination, you can take admission in Engineering course through Management quota in CBIT or Vasavi Engineering college.

In 2017 there is no eamcet ! So will they consider MAINS marks for the seat in engineering colleges

Yes.. You can definitely expect a seat in top 3 colleges..
Cbit, vasavi and vnr vignana jyothi...but this process of joining a college based on jee marks is not with eamcet counselling... you can apply for b-cat seats when the colleges releases their notification for b-category seats....
