Do I have to renew my 1 year old SC certificate?
Hello everyone, I am from Bihar. I am a student of 11th Science. I will do Engineering after my HS. I have an SC certificate that was issue in last year. I will apply for all entrance exam as an SC candidate. My question is, I have to renew this certificate or not?

Normally, caste certificates are valid for 6 months only. In fact, any certificate issued by government authority is valid only for six months only. You need to get a new one if you are looking to get the benefit of any such certificate.
Hence, you have to get a new one from the concerned authority on a prescribed format. If you have all the required documents, then you should not face any issues. |
