Hello friends, I am now promoted to 10th standard and I am a student of Punjab Board. I am little weak in English and afraid of failing in this subject. So, I want to know about the guidebooks through which I can prepare for this subject and secure good marks in it. Please help me!

There are various guidebook available on amazon at very good prices. not just english you can get the same for any subject at very reasonable prices. The best thing is that you need to go anywhere to get them. They will be shipped to your residential adress

Books vs Guides: The biggest dilemma . So it's better to mix the content of both. Let me explain subject wise.

For class tenth-


For Social studies, English and Punjabi either write some good points from books on guides for each question or vice versa.

For Science and Mathematics a big No to guides and swans . Conceptual clarity and practise from book is enough

For subjects like EVS and Computer refer only one source either books or guides.
