I got 154 in enat mbbs entrance .what rank can i expect and what chances i have manipal enat mbbs

With the marks that you have scored in ENAT MBBS examination that is 154, your rank should be about 500.
Given that it was a medical examination and not an engineering one where 500 rank lands you into a top branch of any engineering college, this rank is possibly not as good as it could have been. Since seats for medical are less in every college, your chances of getting into Manipal are few.
But, many toppers don’t actually come in the counseling as they had already been selected somewhere better, so that way you do have a chance of getting in.
