What is the fee structure in st. xavier school in Durgapur for class KG and child's age at the time of admission.

Tution fees to be paid quarterly = 7200/-
Institutional charges to be paid only in first quarter = 5200/-

please tell me whether tuition fees & institutional charge to be paid in time of admission or before class start?
