I am a girl student who has passed in 86% in 10th class. Can I get admission in 11th class in any of the Sainik Schools of India?

No, Sainik Schools are exclusively for boys and do not admit girl students in any class, including 11th class. However, there are some other government-run residential schools in India, such as Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, that admit girl students along with boys. You can explore those options if you are interested in a residential school for your further studies.

Sainik Schools admit boys in classes VI & IX on the basis of their merit in the Entrance Examination and an Interview and in Class XI boys are admitted on the basis of the marks scored in Class X Board examination. Girl candidates are now eligible for admission to Class VI in all 33 Sainik Schools.
