As per the current norms, to qualify Physics paper of BSEB board a candidate is required to manage 30% marks in both Theory and Practical paper individually i.e; a candidate is required to manage at least 9 marks out of 30 marks in Practical paper while 30 marks out of 70 marks in theory paper.

So, having managed just 9 marks in your theory paper, you are bound to be declared as fail in your Physics paper.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
