I have done 12th with Science stream and scored 74% marks from Manipur Board. I want to study MBBS in AIIMS Patna. How can I get admission over there with my percentage of marks?

To get admission in AIIMS MBBS course, you have to appear and qualify in entrance examination conducted by AIIMS.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed 12th in PCB with minimum 60% aggregate.
