How can I study Economics in Karnataka/Tamil Nadu after completing 12th Meghalaya Board?

I am studying in 12th standard with Arts stream from Meghalaya Board. I want to move Karnataka or Tamil Nadu for further education. I am interested in Economics as this is my favourite subject. I would like to know how can I study further in any of these states?

You are not eligible to pursue bachelor degree in economics as candidates passed 12th in Arts are not eligible for it.

The eligibility to get admission in Economics honors course is that candidate must have passed 12th in commerce or science stream.

You are eligible to pursue higher studies from anywhere after 12th in Meghalaya board.
