Re: How to issue TC from school?
When you write a request letter for a Transfer Certificate from school, make sure you mention the name of the student and all information, including the class and roll number of the student. Clearly state the reasons for which you are requesting for a Transfer Certificate.

Re: How to issue TC from school?
You must submit a written request for a transfer certificate at your previous institution if you have been accepted to a new school or college. This is to formally inform the authorities of your intention to depart and ask them to grant you a TC.
A student may request a transfer certificate by writing to the principal of their current school or college and explaining why they want to transfer. |

Re: How to issue TC from school?
To issue a Transfer Certificate (TC) from a school, you typically need to follow these steps:
1. Contact the school administration: Reach out to the administration office of your school and inquire about the process for issuing a Transfer Certificate. They will provide you with the necessary information and guidance. 2. Obtain the necessary form: Usually, schools have a specific TC application form that you need to fill out. Request the form from the school administration, or check if it is available for download on the school's website. 3. Fill out the form: Complete the TC application form with accurate information. You may be required to provide details such as your name, student ID, current class/grade, date of leaving, reason for leaving, and any required documentation. 4. Submit supporting documents: If required, the school may ask for supporting documents, such as proof of address, a copy of your previous year's report card, or any other documents that may be relevant to the TC issuance process. Make sure to provide these documents along with your application form. 5. Pay any applicable fees: Some schools may charge a fee for issuing a Transfer Certificate. Inquire about the fee structure and pay any applicable charges, if required. Keep the receipt safe as proof of payment. 6. Await processing: After submitting your TC application form and supporting documents, the school administration will process your request. This may take a few working days, depending on the school's procedures. 7. Collect your Transfer Certificate: Once your TC is ready, the school will inform you accordingly. Visit the school administration office during their working hours to collect your Transfer Certificate. Remember to carry any necessary identification documents for verification purposes. |
