I am in class 12th and I want some details about JEE. Advice me a best books for JEE examination and In IIT biomedical course is available and biotechnology and biomedical is it same. Please give some ideas for my questions

Let me tell you that the best books to prepare for JEE exam is your NCERT package. This exam consists of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry so you need to study your NCERT of these three subjects completely with clear concepts in your mind so that any question can be solved. Once you are done with your NCERT is then you can take up any refresher such as modern, Pradeep, Dinesh or any other which you find yourself suitable.
