I am student in class 11th CBSE. I am studying in hostel but there are some medical problems with me. The doctor said to me to get 6 to 8 months proper treatment . In my city there is only ISC schools so I want admission in class 12th in ISC Board. So I want to know the procedure of migrating.

Sorry, to say that the ISC Board doesn't offer admission in 12th standard. ISC Board offer admissions in 11th standard only when there are vacant seats. And you can't pursue 11th standard from CBSE Board and 12th standard from ISC Board. So, you have a chance only to finish your 12th standard from CBSE Board as it is not possible to get admission in 12th standard ISC Board.

In order to change form CBSE Board to ISC in class 12th, you must have to submit a valid reason for the change.
Since, you have a genuine reason, you can definitely change from CBSE Board to ISC Board in class 12th.
In order to do so, you must have to submit some of the documents at the time of admission to ISC Board School along with the application form.
Below I have mentioned those documents, submit the same to get admission.

• An application to the current Board that, you want to change from your current Board to ISC Board in class 12th.
• A Transfer Certificate (T.C) from your current school.
• Class 9th mark sheet from your current school.
• Character certificate from the current school.
• An affidavit and migration certificate
