Is it possible to opt Biology for 12th PSEB if failed in 11th Maths?

Sir, I have done 11th with PCM and I failed in Maths. I didn't score good marks as well so I want to change Maths with Biology for my 12th Board exam. Is it possible? I am a student of PSEB Board. Please let me know if it is possible.
