Dear Sir, I have completed my 9th standard from Tripura Board. I want to join CBSE school and want to give the Board exam of 10th standard from this Board. I would like to know is it possible to study in 10th standard with CBSE and appear the Board exam with this Board?

No, there is no direct admission in std 10th in a CBSE affiliated school after pursuing 9th from other board.

So, either you have to take admission in std 9th or else have to continue with the same board till std 10th.
