Procedure for change of school and state after registration in 9th class with CBSE board?

Sir/Mam, I have registered with CBSE for class 9 in a school of Madhya Pradesh region. Can I change my school for class 10 in different school in Maharashtra? Can you please guide me with the details on the same? Awaiting to get the response soon as possible. Thanks!
