If you want to admit your child in 5th standard of Deepti Convent School, Koraput, first you should get schedule appointment with admissions office of the School.

Get registration form either from School office or from School website.

Fill up registration form and submit it with required documents to admission office.

Required documents:-

Completed application form,

Aadhar card,

Self attested copy of birth certificate,

Transfer certificate,

Mark sheet of the last exam,

Two recent colour passport size photograph,

Attested photocopy of caste certificate (if any).
