Which stream to choose in 11th with 7 CGPA in 10th board?

Your CGPA doesn't decide which stream to choose. Your interest and your future goal decide which stream you should choose.
So, just choose according to your interest, if you are interested in mathematics and physics then you should go for Engineering / B.Sc Mathematics / B.Sc Physics etc.
If you have interest in Biology, you should go for BDS / MBBS etc.
If you have interest in History, Social Studies then you should opt for Arts / Humanities.

The candidate is eligible for admission with both Science and Commerce stream in class 11th with the CGPA of 7.
As the CGPA is not so good, advise from my side will be not to take Science stream because this stream is very tough and requires hard work. The candidate should go for commerce stream in class 11th which will help the candidate to do B.Com BCA, BBS, BMS etc, in future after completing 10+2.
If the candidate is a hard worker then he/she can opt Science stream because it needs lot of dedication.

7 CGPA is a decent score in 10th board. You can take up any stream with this CGPA. However, you should choose the stream in 11th standard as per your interest, comforts in the subjects of study and your future goals. You should go for the stream or more specifically the subjects in which you have good fundamental base and like to study as they will be a part of your future. Always keep in mind that it is you who will have to study and build a career, hence the ultimate decision should be made from your strong point of view.

It would be difficult to get admission in any school in 11 standard with only 7 CGPA in 10th board.
But you can try for admission in science or commerce stream, you may get admission in any school/college.
It is better to take admission in arts stream.
It may be possible that all the schools wouldn't allow you for admission with this score in 10th standard.
You should contact all the school/college offices to confirm admission.

Yes, as you have scored 7 CGPA in the 10th board examination. It is an average score and so you are now eligible to take the admission in the which ever stream you have interest.

But yes, there will be problem of not getting the admission in the best schools as they requires the good aggregate in the 10th board examination to take the admission. But it does not matter much as the syllabus for all the schools recognised with a board have same syllabus. So you can pursue from any schools.

But go with the stream in which you have more interest. There is no basic guidelines on the basis of class10th aggregate to offers the different stream by any recognised board. So you have to visit the school to get the information in detail.

The aspirant can select pure science, i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology group or can select Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or can select Commerce group. With Physics, Chemistry and Biology you can study Medical courses after your +2. With Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or computer science you can choose Engineering courses. With commerce group you can select B.Com after your +2. These are all the main options available broadly. So one can choose a group which he likes the most in the above.

You are eligible to pursue which ever stream you like most. As the eligibility to pursue the any of the course after the 10th is candidates must have passed the 10th board examination from the recognised board.

Other than this all the other eligibility vary with the school and the stream. So you have to visit the schools to get the admission in the desired course which you want. Do not compensate with the course in which you have interest.

As you have secured a decent percentage you can take science stream and then after engineering course. Set a high ambition and select the stream according to that.

CGPA stands for Cumulative Grade Points Average.
It is equivalent to marks which is for students up to 10th standard in CBSE affiliated schools.

7 CGPA in 10th standard is a fair marks but can not be said good as with this grade it is very difficult to get admission in science or commerce stream in 11th standard.
It is definite that good schools are not going to give admissions in science or commerce stream .
It may be possible to get admission in some of the schools with this grade but to confirm admission ,you have to contact the schools office and also have to apply for admission in more than one school so that if one school refuse to provide admission then other options will still alive for the chance of admission.

You have an average score in your 10th, which is however mostly eligible to fetch you admission in any stream you wish to in most of the reputed Institutes, however, when it comes to your choice to select any stream in class 11th, I would then prefer you to go for any stream which you are interested in.
