No, there is no negative marking in Punjab PMT examination.
The examination paper contains questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology as objective with four choices. There is no negative marking for incorrect choices among any four but there is one extra choice which is necessary to mark if you have not attempted otherwise there is one mark deduction in case all the five choices left unmarked. For more information about examination visit at http://www.bfuhs.ac.in. |

Yes, there is negative marking in PMT questions.
Each questions of PMT consists of five options four are related with question and one for unattempted option. So, in case of none of four choice you have to mark the last option otherwise there will be one mark deduction. But, no negative marks for wrong answers. |

Re: Is there negative marking in Punjab PMT? If yes, kindly explain?
No, there is no negative marking for wrong answers in Punjab PMT examination. But, for security reasons fifth oval (i.e. E) has been introduced in Punjab PMT examination. In all un-attempted questions, fifth oval must be darkened otherwise if all ovals are left blank then that question shall carry one negative mark. So, to avoid negative marking, you must have to darken any one oval out of five ovals for every question in the examination.
