My daughter is studying in class 7th right now. I want to change her present name in the school. So please tell me the procedure to do so?

Yes, definitely you can change any mistake in your name. But for that you must have to make a affidavit that you have to submit in the school along with the following supporting documents :::>>

=> Government Issued ID (Rashan card)

=> Birth Certificate

After submitting the above documents your name will be changed as per in the documents.

You will first of all have to get an Affidavit from a court stating that your name is being changed from this or that and after having changed your name official you can probably change your name in the school's documents also.

You can change your daughter's name in the school, for that you have to submit some of the documents which proves that the name you want to issue is matching with the documents.
Or else you have to make an affidavit from a court that the name is changed from the previous name. Showing the affidavit in the school you can change her name.

My daughter is in 9th standard. CBSE
we gave notary affidavit and news paper publication for change of name when she was in 8th standard.
principal told that it has to be through the court order.
plaintiff /defendant :1) school 2) Chief Secretary Government of India ( office new delhi) 3) regional director ( ER) NCT, CBSC , Dheli
summons not accepted by both the Chief secretary and regional director. Now she has to register her name in Board before october.

They have given hand summons to above two dehli offices. I am from Karnataka / Mysore .. now i have to go to Dehli to get it( Urgent case)...before 8th of Sept.

My 2 son are studying in different classes in High School.
My elder child is having two different name. One in NADRA Form-B and other in school record.
I applied many time after making an affidavit from a court, news paper ad and provided Form-B.

The school staff is giving stupid arguments and it has passed over 03 years to follow the case for change of mu children names and I got failed.

I request you to provide me the short and effective procedure to get a degree/authority from court to get change the name of my children.
Addition, what cost I would have to arrange for.

You can change your name in 8th class and it will remain forever and in birth certificate is not valid.

My son name is Hopekumar and belongs to scheduled caste and his father also from the same caste. But supplying for caste certificate for my son the authority telling that my son has converted to Christianity without any document. How I get scheduled caste certificate for him please advice
