I am from Bihar, but posted CPT form to Delhi and I got CPT registration number through email, but haven't received the books, yet even though it is 4th month going on now?

You can write and application to the address from where you have asked for the book or you can also mail them or can also call them if you are facing such an issue as it is not fair on their part.

You can also check your nearest post office as sometimes the delivery package to be delivered is either stuck or lost and returned to your nearest post office, therefor it will be wise if you check there also.
