NTSE stands for National Talent Search Examination. Candidates who are pursuing 10th standard from any recognised school are eligible to appear in NTSE examination. Syllabus for NTSE 10th standard examination is mentioned below :-

NTSE Stage-I Examination Syllabus :-
--> Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) : The syllabus for Mathematics, Science and Social Science subjects will be broadly based on the prescribed respective State Board Syllabus from 9th and 10th standards.

--> Mental Ability Test (MAT) : General questions, Language test, vocabulary, grammar and basic understanding.

NTSE Stage-II Examination Syllabus :-
--> Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) : Mathematics, Science and Social science questions will be asked from 10th standard syllabus.

--> Mental Ability Test (MAT) :
Language test : 50 questions-50 marks
Scholastic Aptitude test : 100 questions-100 marks from the following subjects :-
40 questions from Science
20 questions from maths
40 questions from Social science
