Whether a 12th student can get a domicile of Andhra Pradesh being a citizen of Tamil Nadu?
Dear Sir, my son is studied till 8th standard in Tamil Nadu. We are the permanent residents of Tamil Nadu. But we are now in Andhra Pradesh. He i studying in 12th standard right now. So, he will get the domicile of Andhra Pradesh or not?

You need to have some address proof like Voter ID or Aadhar Card or Driving License, to get such domicile certificate. If your permanent address is in Tamil Nadu, then it will be very difficult to domicile of Andhra Pradesh.
Hence, make sure you have all the documents for it. One person can't have two domicile certificate and it usually depends on your native place or where you have settled. |
