Whether an ISC student is eligible to appear in the UPSEE?


Hello, my son is completed his 10th from Uttar Pradesh Board in Ghaziabad. He is studying in 11th standard from ISC Board. He wants to do BTech course. So, is he eligible for the UPSEE as he becomes an ISC student?
