I am studying in 10th NIOS Board. I would like to know that am I eligible for admission in 11th standard in CBSE/ISC schools in Kolkata? Please reply as soon as possible.

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in 11th CBSE/ISC being a 10th NIOS student in Kolkata.
Candidate who have completed 10th from any recognised board are eligible to get admission in 11th class in CBSE and ISC board schools.

Candidate have to submit following documents at the time of admission :

10th passing certificate and Mars sheet.
Migration certificate
Date of Birth Certificate

Yes NIOS is a recognized Board and students who have passed out from NIOS Boards are eligible for admission to CBSE/ISC Schools.
You need to apply in the various different schools of your choice and once you do that you need to get selected by the school where you are seeking admission.
Once you do so you will be able to take admission in the School where you have been chosen.

I have given my class 10 exam from NIOS and i have the passed the examination.I have tried in several schools for class 11 admission but they are directly saying no after seeing the NIOS certificate. So could you please help me out with this.
