Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to know that is scoring 90% in ICSE Board is very tough? I am preparing for the 10th Board exam. So, any other solution rather than studying whole day and night to score 90%?

It just depends upon student to student but if you concentrate hard enough and give full hundred percent for your exam then certainly you will succeed.
The checking pattern of ICSE board paper has been getting more and more lenient as time passes.
If you compare the last year's a paper and paper that you have written then you will find, it was almost similar.
