Will I get admission in any government college for MBBS if scored 119 marks in WBJEE Medical?

I am getting total marks 119 in wbjee medical.
Is there any hope for mbbs in Any Govt. college.

It is tough to get government medical college with marks 119 in WBJEE for MBBS course. This is because there is a huge number of applicants and the cutoff is quite high which ranges around 140 for the government medical colleges for MBBS course. However, there is nothing to lose hope since the seats in the medical colleges have been increased and the cutoff of a particular year depends on the relative performance of other candidates and the standard of the question paper. So you must attend the counselling irrespective of your rank and you might end up getting BDS instead of MBBS in government colleges. But you can get MBBS in the government medical college in second round of counselling as some students leave on getting chance in other reputed institutes.
