Yes you are eligible for B.Com course after completing 12th standard.

The eligibility criteria for B.Com course is differ from institution to institution. The candidate must have complete 12th standard with minimum 50% percentage of marks to be eligible for B.Com course. The Admission for B.Com course is based on 12th board Examination scores and Entrance Examination score .
