How I can do diploma in civil eng by distance education? how long will be the course duration? What is the fee and exam structure?

Hi,
Diploma in civil engineering is a 3 year program. Eligibility is 10th with maths. There is a provision for lateral entry and the eligibility is 10+2 PCM / ITI / 2 years vocational course in relevant trade. Diploma in civil is 6 semester course.
