Dear Friend,
No,University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) doesn't seek the admission by Donations,
You must clearly note that UPES takes the admission purely on the basis of performance in the Entrance Examinations and by performance in 10+2 Board Examinations.

You must not wait for admission via Donations or you will not be eligible for it as it is consider Illegal.

UPES, Dehradun does not accept admission through donation.

It is a centralist university and is controlled by central government.

It is approved by

<>AICTE

<>UGC

<>DEC

etc...
