To get a better salary and better designation you have to go for master degree in your field..
If you wants to get a job in your field then the best option is to go for M.tech in computer science..
After completion of your M.tech you can get a good job in a leading software company...

But if you wants to go for a separate line and have interest in management field then you can go for MBA course...
For that you have to appear in entrance exams like- CAT,MAT,XAT etc..
after getting qualified in these exams you have to go through the interview session..
if you clear the interview then you will get a chance to take admission in MBA...
After completion of MBA you will get ahuge opportunity to get a good job in management field with a handsome salary package..

Now you decide where to go..

i have completed btech from the field computer science...i just want to know which course is better to learn (java or net or c# )...or is there any other course which is better know a days ??
