How can I get a job in IT company after completing B.Tech and diploma in computer science


I have completed B.Tech and before it Diploma in Computer science . Now i am Searching for Job in IT compnay but having lot of fear in mind what would happen , i would be selected or not and also confused that should i do coaching for Govt. job or try in IT field

so tell me please which one sector(govt or private) is good for an Engineering student and suggest what to do now....

Job for diploma cse students they are no t passed out only have have course certificate
