Second mate FG eligibility criteria in India?
do i need to complete NCV compulsory?
i) i have 12th pcm jus passed and having English wit 60% ii)36mths sea-service + 6mths pre-sea training |

Sir i have experiance based indian cdc more than 36 month but 10th and12th in english minimum mark less than 50% so possible ncv examination in india.

I'm 10th pass and I have 50 months sea service experience as A/B.
Please advice me to how become India FG Coc 2nd mate?? Please tell me Step by step.
