what is the diff between AIIMS and state medical college? which one is good and can we get mbbs degree in aiims ? what is the benifit of AIIMS and state medical college

AIIMS first college is at Delhi for medical study/ MBBS/ post graduation n research. It is number 1 medical college. From last year 6 more branches started. State colleges are also good. Separate n tough entrance exam for aiims admission.
