please tell me how to prepare medical exams i.e. aipmt ,aiims,rpmt (state medical exam )

Since, the competition is very tough now a days so it is best to do preparation for these exams under someone's guidance, who can guide you properly to clear the exam.

So it is best to join some coaching institute to prepare in a competitive direction. There are many institutions which give coaching classes specially for these exams with the experienced faculty. Some of the institutes are Akash, Allen, Resonance, etc.

If you are not able to afford for the coaching classes still you can prepare on your own with the help of some good books.
Some helpful books are:

Physics: H.C.Verma and Arihant Publication

Chemistry: O.P.Tandon and Disha Publication

Biology: Disha Publication

Books like Pradeep's and Dinesh are also helpful to build the basics.

as know competition is very tough and as compared to no. of students and no. of seats available you have to work extra.
you can join coaching institutes like ALLEN, AKASH, DASWANI etc..but it is better to check the faculty of coaching institutes, never join a coaching institute by its name.
it is better to take guidance of your teachers.
it doesn't matter how much you study but the only thing that matter is how much you devote to the studies.

Try to get the study package of some coachin institute like Vidyamandir or Aakash and solve the comprehensive problems.
