i got 90% mark in 12th,cbse.
is i'm eligible to apply for scholarship ??????
I want to do CA so can i apply?

As you have not mentioned the scholarship which you want to opt for therefore I am not quite able to describe or give you all the relevant details regarding any scholarship as there are many scholarship programs initiated by the government by the government.

And each scholarship programs has its own eligibility criteria.

However, as per your marks obtained you are very much eligible for most of the scholarship programs for CA course in India.
