Am I eligible for CBSE scholarship after scoring 80.1%?
Sir,
i am praveen kumar i got 80.1% in cbse 12th class and eligiable for cbse scholarship and last year i fill your required form for this scholarship but till not i do not get any information regarding this so please give information regarding my scholarship. Cbse roll.no.-1264112

CBSE SCHOLARSHIP 2010:
Eligibility: The applicant should have passed the Senior School Certificate Examination 2010 conducted by CBSE and have secured 408/500 i.e you must have scored 81.6 %but as you have scored only 80.1% so it mean that you are not eligible for it . You will get it only if you are pursuing higher studies. Total Annual Income of parents should not exceed Rs 4.5 lakh per annum

this year 2011 i gave cbse board and i got 9.8cgpa am i eligible for getting scholarship ?

ya you will be definately eligible for that..first provides your 10th and 12th class roll numbers with school name,email id and total annual income of parents.

no competition increaces now many students got 80 perct.and many more above it so there is no scholarship for that........

You are not eligible for scholarship incbse because you not get the required marks. these marks are not sufficient for the scholarship.
You will get it only if you are pursuing higher studies. and total Annual Income of parents should not exceed Rs 4.5 lakh .

hi,,,
yes you can apply for scholarship,,, consult with the college office administrative, you have to tell them your father's annual income, and submit cast certificate,, based on your father's annual income and your cast whether you are sc/st/obc,,, they will tell that you are eligible for scholarship or not,,, if your father's in come is more than the amount specified in the conditions then you will not be eligible for the scholarship,, office staff will give you the best information about the scholarship conditions. good luck.
