Does Government offer an education loan to study BTech for an Orphan?


Hello, I just want to know that can Government provide an education loan? I am an orphan and I did my schooling in a Convent school. Kindly tell me if possible to get an educational loan from Government to study BTech course?

There are various banks that offer education loan for studying further.

Those who have taken confirmed admission in a college in any course are eligible for education loan.
One can get loan upto INR 10 lacs for Indian colleges.

Government offers scholarships to meritorious students who are financially/economically backward and want to study further.
