i m non maths student and i want to know that can i do mca after completing my bca ?

no.you can't do MCA from good reputed institute after completion of BCA without having Mathematics.

to do MCA from good reputed institute you have to qualify JECA exam.

but to appear in that exam you have to follow the criteria

1.12th science with math.

2.graduation with minimum 50% marks.

but now a days there are many private college is opening where math is not a matter, so where you can get admitted.

then only you are eligible for MCA!!

MCA are actually meant or you can say perfect for those who have come from BCA background.

You must have maths or statistics in 12th or in graduation for taking admission in MCA..
Else it is not possible for you to take admission in MCA..

The MCA entrance examinations are generally based on Mathematics and reasoning. Most of these tests are purely objective in nature. The test is generally of 2-3 hours duration. Some tests will have the system of negative marking for wrong answers.

as you ask the main critera is

That's why you can't apply for this course because this is not possible...........

You can try for another subject,for MCA in BCA there is very most important to live this subject in previous class..........

For admission in MCA you must have Mathematics or statics as one subject in 12th.you don't have Maths if have Statics in 12th then you are eligible for MCA otherwise you will not be eligible for MCA.

To apply for MCA you must have graduation.

Yes you can do MCA after completing your BCA without having mathematics.
For taking admission in MCA you should have passed your graduation with 50%aggregate marks from a recognized university.

If you are not student of mathematics and you want to do your post graduation course as MCA then in that case you should have complete your graduation course with BCA course and passed your BCA course you should take admission in MCA in any university.

And for doing MCA you should qualify the entrance examination of that university from where you want to do MCA course..

yes , you are eligible for MCA course because the eligibility criteria for MCA is given below.

1) must be completed BCA ,BBA ,BSC(IT,CS) or having completed graduation with completed 300 marks math.
2) must be completed 10+2 with science or commerce stream.

i sugges u compition is very tough for gernal catagory

Either you should have Maths in your 10+2 level and
You must have score 50% in Graduation level.
These are the criteria to get admission in MCA through JECA
Although now a days there are several other institutes which doesn't bother about your subject combination.
So, you can easily go for it.

IT is required to have a Mathematics subject in your 10+2 levle.
A the same time if you haven't studied mathematics in 10+2 then also you will have mathematics paper in all the 3 years during BCA.

So, its not a big deal to get admission for NCA.

After all MCA is the continuation of BCA in case of higher studies.

For that you need not to worry.
