Universities providing Ph.D in English without entrance exam through part time?

i have completed my mphil in english. i want to know the universities offering ph.d. in english without entrance throough part time.

There is no Indian university which provides the Ph.D programme in English without any entrance test. It is mandatory to appear for the entrance test conducted by the institution which are approved by by UGC- University Grants Commission, DEC- Distance Education Council, and AICTE- All India Council for Technical Education.

IS THERE ANY DISCREDIT TO PURSUE PHD THROUGH PART TIME MODE ? WILL IT BE CONSIDER INFERIOR TO REGULAR DEGREE?
